Returns and Exchanges
Complete the Return/Exchange Form enclosed with your order. Please include your
Customer Number and Order Number listed on the packing slip. If you paid by credit
card, include card number and expiration date.
Repack merchandise in a sturdy box or envelope, along with the Return/Exchange
form and a copy of the packing slip.

Returns and exchanges will be honored on merchandise returned to the above address
within fourteen (14) days of the original shipping date. Worn, soiled, washed, or
dry-cleaned items cannot be returned for refund, credit or exchange. Video products
(including DVD's) cannot be returned for refund, credit or exchange, however defective media
will be replaced with the same title. Shipping charges
on items sent in error will be credited to the customer's charge account or refunded
by check. Instructions for returns/exchanges will be included with each order.
Shipping
All orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks.
(Please allow additional time for the processing of orders paid by check.) Orders
within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipments: When placing your order, shipping costs show as $0.00. We will calculate shipping costs separately for each international order. Email notification will confirm the shipping cost with customers prior to processing the order. No credit card will be charged until the final costs are approved.
